Hello,
I thought I would remind you of some of the obvious things that all of us have the luxury of forgetting sometimes.
Bringing traffic to your site by creating links is all quite obvious, however, are you thinking about just creating links to your site for the sake of more incoming links, or are you considering real people coming to your site. A lot of people seem to forget that real links to your real site are there for real people to find your site and want to follow the link. With this in mind consider what your link really says rather than just trying to create the most keyword rich text you can to impress Google and instead impress the real person who has come across your link in amongst the other links on the page they are viewing. Naturally spiders do work links, and they do need to be encouraged to your website, but keep the user in mind, you would benefit from 3 users visiting your link more than you will from 30 spiders visiting. So, make your links relevant to people, and ensure the links are to pages that are human friendly and your visitors will thank you for it.
A good place to create quality links is in directories. There are thousands of directories for all kinds of market niches, and it is time consuming to build links in directories, however, these are probably the best source of incoming links your site can reasonably expect to have. So search for your business type with the word directory appended to your query. For example, if you are a travel agent, search for travel agent directory, and then plod through the results and add a link to your website from each of the directories that will allow you to list for free. Some require reciprocal links and where this is required, you should endeavour to provide these.
These two tips are obvious, but sometimes the most obvious things are the most easily forgotten.
Ciao for now

Online trading versus traditional trading
Websites are being registered every minute of every day, and there are far more website companies out in the world than there are shop fitters.
As all of these web site design companies get better and better, the sites they provide become slicker and more effective and customers get an improved online experience. Websites are becoming leaner and meaner and cheaper to acquire. There is more website design expertise available now than ever before. All of us web site design companies are providing awesome websites and all the time the uptake from the general consumer is increasing.
Whilst all this is going on, the high street is closing down. Walking through the Trafford Centre this week, you can see large numbers of shops closed down and available to rent, and closing down sales where the staff are being laid off. Also, walking through Stockport, the same scene repeated itself there. Offline traditional sales are dying off, and will soon be overtaken by online sales. Online sales has no bottlenecks, and no restrictions, it can grow and grow without impediment. The expertise is out there to build ten times more websites, and there are enough consumers our there to absorb all of these sites.
Naturally, to compete in all of this, you need to look to the future with your site, you need to invest not only in your site, but also your infrastructure, your staff and your long term strategies.
So take note, online sales can only grow and grow without restriction
